Comfort Inn Hyde Park, London

I had a really good experience at this hotel. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to Queensway station and close to Hyde Park, which I loved. The staff were incredibly helpful and made check-in a breeze. My room was clean and had all the amenities I needed, including tea and coffee facilities, which was a nice touch. However, I felt the breakfast area was a bit small for the number of guests, and I did experience some noise from the underground trains at night, which was a bit annoying.

My stay at the hotel was mixed. While I appreciated the efforts of the staff, my experience was marred by issues with the room allocation, which significantly impacted my comfort and overall satisfaction. The cleanliness was commendable, and the breakfast was a nice touch. However, the lack of adequate response from management regarding my initial room reservation left me disappointed.
